Cannes Film Festival 2024 Begins with Léa Seydoux and Vincent Lindon
“The 77th Cannes Film Festival kicked off with a unique red carpet, featuring the presentation of the film ‘Le Deuxième Acte’ on the first day of the festival, which had an exceptional ensemble cast. The very elegant Léa Seydoux, accompanied by acclaimed French actors Vincent Lindon and Louis Garrel, was seen. Raphael Quenard, a César Award winner, also stepped onto the red carpet with his team.
The French actress dazzled in a long, shimmering silver sequin gown, signed by Louis Vuitton, adorned with high jewelry from the French brand. Her golden locks, slightly curled, added a Hollywood glamour that she alone knows the secret of. Greta Gerwig, a member of the festival’s jury, also opted for brilliance with a fitted Bordeaux sequin dress, signed by Saint Laurent. With her short hair slicked to the side, the American director didn’t go unnoticed.
A metallic disc dominated the first red carpet of this 77th edition, and Lily Gladstone made it a standout feature of her attire as well. In a long, fitted Gucci gown, the star of ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ shone brightly. Another notable appearance was that of Juliette Binoche, flamboyant in a bold red gown with an imposing train. Meryl Streep, on the other hand, preferred the simplicity of a long, sleeve-crossed pristine gown.
For Vincent Lindon and Louis Garrel, the classic suit was a must, both opting for black ties. Quentin Dupieux, the film’s director, went for the bowtie. Raphael Quenard presented himself in an anthracite gray double-breasted suit, with a black shirt underneath.”
