ngredients:

  • Raw mangoes – 2
  • Onion – 1
  • Fresh green and red chili peppers – 3-4
  • Red chili powder and cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon each
  • Fresh coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop the mangoes and onion finely.
  2. Finely chop the green chili peppers and coriander leaves.
  3. In a blender or mortar and pestle, grind together mangoes, onion, green and red chili peppers, red chili powder, cumin seeds, and salt until smooth and thick. If needed, add a little water to facilitate blending.
  4. Serve the prepared chutney hot with parathas or any other dish of your choice. Enjoy!
