Numerous videos featuring both Dr. Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari are trending on YouTube. The majority of Indian YouTubers seem to be siding with Sandeep Maheshwari, given his significant influence, particularly in India.
The controversy originated during one of Sandeep Maheshwari’s motivational sessions, where a participant raised concerns about having purchased an expensive course from Dr. Vivek Bindra that reportedly provided no benefits. According to the participant, Dr. Bindra’s team suggested reselling the course to recover the money, sparking criticism.
Sandeep Maheshwari responded to these claims in a YouTube video titled ‘Business Scam,’ discussing stories of individuals who allegedly faced issues with Dr. Bindra’s courses. This controversy has resulted in a surge of YouTube videos criticizing Dr. Bindra, although there hasn’t been a response from Dr. Bindra himself.
Dr. Vivek Bindra attempted to contact Sandeep Maheshwari to present his side of the story, but Maheshwari did not respond. Dr. Bindra expressed his disappointment in a community post on his YouTube channel, questioning the ethics of making one-sided videos without hearing the other party’s perspective.
Dr. Bindra responded to the allegations in a video on his channel, acknowledging Sandeep Maheshwari’s substantial influence, especially among the youth. Dr. Bindra emphasized that while Maheshwari’s words are respected, it does not justify making false accusations that could tarnish someone’s reputation.
In his video, Dr. Bindra questioned whether it was fair to level accusations against someone without waiting for the other side to respond. He highlighted that although Maheshwari has become a judge, he may not be aware that listening to the other party’s perspective is crucial before passing judgment.

Dr. Bindra criticized the act of alleging a significant scam based solely on the basis of one application, deeming it a reprehensible action. He reminded Maheshwari of the importance of hearing both sides before making accusations. Dr. Bindra also recalled a time when he appeared on Maheshwari’s show, where Maheshwari praised him, calling him the world’s best business coach.
Dr. Bindra criticized Sandeep Maheshwari for creating a one-sided video without proper understanding, calling it a significant mistake. He claimed that he suffered substantial financial losses and public humiliation due to Maheshwari’s actions. According to Dr. Bindra, thousands of videos have been created about him as a result. He warned of taking legal action to address the situation.
