Method:

  1. Heat the milk in a pan. Once it starts boiling, add the kheer mix.
  2. Kheer mix is a combination of sugar, milk, cardamom powder, almonds, raisins, etc.
  3. Boil the milk for 10-15 minutes until the kheer thickens.
  4. Once the kheer thickens, let it cool for 2-3 hours in the fridge.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the Gulab Jamuns.
  6. Serve the chilled kheer in bowls and place hot Gulab Jamuns on top.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve.
