  • Never put any eardrops into your ears without a doctor’s recommendation or prescription.
  • Noise exacerbates the problem: Nowadays, people often forget about ear health while listening to music. Using earphones or headphones to listen to loud music for extended periods can damage the ears. Prolonged use of earphones or being near loudspeakers can harm the ears. Remember that even a brief exposure to music at 110-120 decibels can cause damage to your ears. Moreover, exposure to noises louder than 120-155 decibels, such as loud fireworks, can also cause ear damage.

Don’t ignore discomfort: If you experience severe ear pain, constant ringing in the ears, loss of hearing from one ear, or any other issues, contact a doctor immediately.

Remember to take prescribed medications or ear drops on time; do not discontinue them midway.
