The individual in question is Negasi Zuberi, aged 29, who also goes by aliases “Sakima,” “Justin Hyche,” and “Justin Kouassi.” Zuberi is presently in federal custody on charges of interstate kidnapping after a harrowing incident in Klamath Falls, Oregon. A Washington woman managed to escape from his residence, where she claimed to have been kidnapped, sexually assaulted, and confined to a cinderblock cell.
Court records indicate that on July 15, 2023, Zuberi journeyed from his home in Klamath Falls to Seattle, where he allegedly engaged the services of a prostitute. Under false pretenses, he posed as an undercover police officer and proceeded to threaten the victim with a taser, forcibly restraining her with handcuffs and leg irons. He then forcibly transported her for approximately 450 miles, during which she endured sexual assaults.
