Simple Recipe for Pav Sandwiches .
Pav sandwiches are loved by all, and here’s how to make them:
Ingredients: For Pav:
- 4 pav bread
- 6 small spoons of butter
- 2 small spoons of garlic chutney
- 4 small spoons of chopped coriander
- 8 thick slices of boiled potatoes
- 8 tomato slices
- 4 onion slices
Spices:
- 1.5 small spoons of pav bhaji masala
- 0.5 small spoons of garam masala
- 1 small spoon of coriander and cumin powder mix
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Slice each pav bread into halves, making sure they remain attached to each other.
- Mix all the dry spices and salt on a plate.
- Heat a skillet, add 2 small spoons of butter, 1 small spoon of masala, and a little garlic chutney.
- Spread the mixture evenly and sprinkle chopped coriander on top.
- Place the pav bread on the skillet and coat both sides with the masala.
- Place slices of potato, tomato, and onion on one side of the pav.
- Sprinkle some dry masala, cover with the other half of the pav, and press gently.
- Serve immediately.”
